With me, you can develop the following practices:
Ashtanga: Traditional sequencial discipline
Vinyasa: free-flowing routine
Yin/Restorative: Slower practice with long-held poses
Mindfulness: Light movement and breathing techniques
Barre Fitness: A mixture of yoga, pilates, weight lifting, and ballet
Any time meditating is time well spent.
You can book various timed group or private sessions with Alexandra:
1.5 hour, 1 hour, 45 minute, or 30 minute.

Alexandra incorporates Yoga & Wellness into every facet of life. You can book a group or private session with Alexandra or join one of her in-person classes. Sessions can be online or in person, depending on preference.
