To practice yoga is to routinely nourish your internal and external relationships through intentional breath.

With me, you can develop the following practices:

  • Ashtanga: Traditional sequencial discipline

  • Vinyasa: free-flowing routine

  • Yin/Restorative: Slower practice with long-held poses

  • Mindfulness: Light movement and breathing techniques

  • Barre Fitness: A mixture of yoga, pilates, weight lifting, and ballet

Any time meditating is time well spent.

You can book various timed group or private sessions with Alexandra:

1.5 hour, 1 hour, 45 minute, or 30 minute.
